Coaching Philosophy
Growth first. It's not about where we started, but how far we can go.
Growth looks different for everyone. For some of us, it's competing for a top spot in our next ultramarathon. For others, it's just understanding how to balance a diet and exercise routine for the first time in our lives. One is not better than the other, and I've helped athletes to succeed in both.
If you're ready to invest time and energy in yourself, then I'll bring the science-based tools for your success. I have more than a decade of experience in long distance running, master-level education in exercise and nutrition science, and I'm a college instructor of anatomy and physiology. I help athletes to train with the confidence that their efforts will prepare them to their goals.
And lastly, I'm on your team. You deserve a coach that believes in your ability to grow and achieve. I'm invested in YOU, and I'm excited to see what we can achieve together.
