Ah, the "Average" Sauce. Excited both to see what you do next and what Spring Energy does next. For wildly different reasons,of course!

The event is as big as the goal is to the runner! And genuinely 5K pacing is such a precise skill. A little too easy and you finish feeling like you left way too much in the tank. A little too hard and BOOM! Spent by Mile 1.5!😅

Yeah running on those concrete convention center floors sounds both tough and sketchy/ slippery

The scenery through there is breathtaking. Sounds like such a cool event!

Sprinting is mandatory anytime there is a cheering tunnel. Impossible not to run fast!

Nothing like jumping in with both feet 🙂
